Installed a zalman water cooling system and now sys won't post

Msi board.

Tried clearing CMOS to no avail

All I did was new heats ink

1 stick of ram. No video or keyboard lights.
 
Check your waterblock mount. First likely culprit is that the block backplate is grounding out on the motherboard.
 
You may have to remove it, and then put back the stock cooler to see if it still boots up. If not, then you may have killed the system.
