installation of programs freeze near the end

Ok, last night I tried installing a program, and it stopped at this certain point. Then, today, I tried installing two other programs, and they either freeze out, or go unbelievable slow. Anyone know what's up?

My Specs Are:

2.4b ghz
1 gig ram
40 gig hard drive
XP Pro

I've scanned for spyware, but that hasn't solved it. This is a print screen of where it freezes.

CDANTSRV.EXE is associated with C-Dilla. It is spyware that needs to go.
cdac11ba.exe is there to prevent the copying of illegal software.
CTscvCDA.exe doesn't come up on any search. I'm suspect of it.
Why do you have uaserver.exe and the P2Pnetworking one running? I don't like those, either.
Right now, your rig is risky business for a semi-paranoid like me.

Does it cause any of your installs to lock, though? I don't know, but I do believe that if you get the machine all cleaned up, it will fix the problem.
