Installation help with my CPU Cooler

Hi guys I just started my first build and have a few questions about the installation. I have an arctic freezer pro 7 and am not sure which way it is suppose to face. On the manual it says it should face towards the back, but on my antec p182 case there are two fans, one at the back and one right above that. That places my CPU right next to it and the CPU cooler right next to it facing the back case fan.

Also is it ok to clean my VGA chipset with alcohol. Any help would be great. Thanks.
 
Pics of the case might help. Mount in any way you can to get cool air on it and the hot air out of the case.
