install Windows Server Essentials from USBN drive?

I can't seem to get this to work. I used the windows 7 USB tool but my DFI Lanparty x48 board seems to hang while booting. I have installed win7 using this same thumb drive and MB though. Is there another program that would be better for creating a bootable drive. I remember I used to use some sort of HP USB drive format tool a long time ago.

I have been using this because for some reason I have not been able to get the Windows 7 USB Tool to ever work.

Rufus is an utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/pendrives, memory sticks, etc.

It can be especially useful for cases where:

you need to create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI, etc.)
you need to work on a system that doesn't have an OS installed
you need to flash a BIOS or other firmware from DOS
you want to run a low-level utility
Despite its small size, Rufus provides everything you need!

Forget Rufus; the only tool you need is YUMI. It's more generalized than Rufus, but there's nothing Rufus can do that YUMI can't.

Might as well throw some other useful stuff on the same drive (which YUMI will do). Ultimate Boot CD, Clonezilla, etc.

I've used Rufus, uNetBootin (broke the drive I used it on permanently), xboot (second best), SARDU and at least 1-2 others.
 
So I downloaded YUMI but I do not see an option to install windows server essentials when formatting the drive. I tried the windows 7 option and pointed it to the server essentials ISO, but when it goes to load the OS I get an error that there are multiple partitions.
