Install Windows 7 with boot camp from flash drive

[backwardsK126]

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a way to install windows 7 on boot camp from a flash drive on a macbook. When I try to install it from a dvd it hangs at Expanding files and it is probably because of my superdrive. But if anyone knows of a way to boot from a flash drive on a mac let me know please

Thanks!
