Quick question.
Just got an Enermax 430 watt PSU. This is different from my stock case Award PSU as it has an additional fan on the side. Is th fan on the side supposed to be facing the inside of the CPU case where all the components are or is it supposed to be facing the top of the CPU case.

The fan should face down otherwise it will be obstructed by the top of the case.

I did not know if the fan on the PSU was to cool the PSU itself, if so I would be blowing hot air into the case if it was facing down. Or if it was to help cool the components in the case.

dan.

It is for the PSU...but either way the airflow would be obstructed by teh top of the case.
