I want to increase the air flow into my case (see sig). I thought I would add a fan on the side of my case. I can't seem to find any info or products on this subject. I would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. Thanks.
 
The first thing we need to know is what size fan you would want.

Assuming that you have room, you would want a 120mm fan for the noise/airflow advantages over a smaller fan.

Next, what you'll need is something for the hole, and the best method is a hole saw that is attachable to a drill. These can be found at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

For a 120mm hole, you will need to pick up a 4.75 inch hole saw.


You could google a search on "blow hole mod" and that would be basically what you are wanting to do, except on the side.
