Insane texture flickering and dissapearing

Just downloaded 3dmark05, i had the 65.76,61.77, and the 66.70's and all of them product the same effect. in every single 3dmark05 test each texture flickers insanely, like on and off at random spots.... it does it in games too just not as much. anyideas? system in sig

mobo drivers perhaps? corrupted installation of 3dmark?

no, everything else is fine, i can play games for hours on end, textures just flicker and in '05 they go insane.

and no, these drivers are just as much as cheating as the ATi betas that give your X800 700 more pts...
