Inline or cpu facing PSU fan

I was wondering which psu fan positions is better for a case with no blowhole. Intuitively, I thought a cpu facing fan would be better if there was a blowhole, since another fan is already blowing the rising hot air, but would an inline fan config be better if there was no blowhole.
 
is it like the powmax PSU? no blow holes in the back and one 120mm facing downwards ontop of the CPU hsf and anotehr fan facing the drives?
i have a link to it from newegg but the pic is the pic of it upside down the large fan supposed to be facing down at the mobo and cpu.

i have this PSU. its ok, it sucks the hot air (with its 120mm low speed fan facing down) from my cpu hsf and theres anotehr fan facing the drives. both sucking air from the case and blowing it out the blowhole from the back of the case.
 
you want it CPU facing, for sound sanity reasons, also, you have more opportunity to put a 90mm in a PSU, you're hardcore stuck 80mm if it's inline
