Inland Performance Plus 2TB Phison E18 controller

Grabbed the last one at my store tonight. $330. Still not sure if I really need the extra speed over a Gen3.

Ah, nice catch. Glad I took it back this morning. If the newer model comes back in stock soon I might grab it otherwise Gen3 will do me for my first 2TB ssd.
 
I can't justify the price... I have the 2tb inland premium and it seems plenty fast.

It is. I have the single sided version and it runs nice in my XPS 9370.
I'm looking for something a bit faster to put in my DIMM.2 on my ROG Zenith II Alpha. :)
