Initializing SSD for the first time : MBR or GPT?

I'm 95% sure it's MBR (I'll be installing Windows 7 on this) but all the same, I'd sleep better with confirmation from people that actually know what these terms refer to.
 
Either one will work with Windows 7. GPT is recommended for any 2TB or larger drive or if you plan on running more than four partitions on your SSD.

Everything I've read on the subject suggests you can't use GPT for a boot drive.
