Ingram LCD monitors?

I think Ingram Micro is the largest electronics distributor. You'll probably see this monitor bearing other names at some point...
 
That's a DoubleSight DS-245W. It even shows DoubleSight in the picture. I don't know why it's labeled Ingram. Ingram Micro is a distributor, so maybe that has something to do with it.
