Hey guys! Im having so many problems with my newish upgrade.
Its an e3110, DFI x38 mobo, 2x2gb geil PC8000 Ram and my old 8800gtx. It's water cooled also. Power supply is Corsair TX750.
As the thread title suggests, when I power it on, it turns on(kind of, fans spin up and pump turns on). The mobo's LED post code indicator is scrambled so I cant read what it's saying. After about 3 seconds, it shuts off. After another 3 seconds, it tries again. Infinite loop.
I tried using the search, because I've seen posts similar.
Here is what I tried so far:
1) Reseated the CPU.
2) Used each RAM stick individually
3) Unplugged HDD, GPU, Optical, just mobo, pump and fans powered.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to try out my old E6600 in it.
I also am going to try using a different power supply.
What do you kids think? Power supply? CPU? Grounding problem?
Thanks,
Michael
