inexpesive h20 cooling

im looking for a desent cpu+vpu/vpu+maby northbridge cooler(maby) for as cheep as i cand find. i want reliablility, and performance, but mostly on the gpu(as im not going to get an exactly steller c out of my future ath. 64. somthing around 100 dolers or less would be ideal. dont care about size, looks dont matter to much eather. but it shoudl be reliable(ie no leeks). im looking for a eta of about 6 months. eny ideas?

well, you can dig around for used shit and put together a decent system.
i luckily have access to metal tools in shop class at school so i'm making my own water blocks, and work at a hardware store so barbs/clamps/tubing are all cheap, but i got a 69 mustang copper heatercore for 18 on ebay, and a great pump for 40 in the FS/FT forums, and a lot of 120mm fans on ebay for 14, and the block of copper is like 10 bucks. so i'm set for under 100 and have a kick ass system. you gotta shop around and dig and be patient. grab a good deal when you see one.
