Inexpensive Ram for OCing e6300

I have already ordered an e6300 and a Gigabyte GA-965P-S3. I need some help find finding some quality low-end ram though. I am going to go with 2x 512mb and would like to stay as close as possible to $110. I will be watercooling and would like to overclock as much as possible.

I have been considering the following (but I am open to suggestions):
G.Skill DDR2 800 for $110 Link
OCZ DDR2 800 for $108 after MIR Link

I was also wondering if spending just a little more would be worth it, something like Corsair XMS for $122. Link
 
After some more digging, I realize that my above question and requirements may not be possible. I have a different question now though. Would it be better to go with some DDR2 667 if it has the potential to overclock further and is higher quality? Or should I stick with DDR2 800 sticks that can't overclock as well and are of the budget variety?

Instead of the sticks I posted above would either of these be a better choice considering my budget?

I decided to just go with these OCZ 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Link Hopefully I can still push my C2D way up there. I may have to take advantage of some memory ratios. Anybody know which ones are available on a Gigabyte S3?

The available ratios are 2.0, 2.5, 2.66, 3.0, 3.33, and 4.0

I can't speak for the S3, although when I bought my DS3 I remember several people having trouble with OCZ ram because the mobo defaults to 1.8v and it wasn't enough to POST with the OCZ memory which in your case requires 2.1v . This may have been fixed since with bios revisions (and I assume on the S3, which is newer) although I can't confirm, and you may need to buy a cheap 256mb stick or take out 1 of the sticks to get into the bios and raise the voltage. You may want to ask around or search a bit more, although I suppose it won't really matter if you've already ordered. ;)

aka 1:1, 5:4, 4:3, 3:2 and 2:1 ;)

multiply fsb by the ratio to get the real ram clock.....
or multiply fsb by the multiplier given in the bios to get effective ram speed..

say you have 350mhz fsb

2.5x is really 5:4

350 * 5/4 = 437.5mhz (or ddr2-875)
350 * 2.5 = ddr2-875
