The monitor I have been using as an external display on my notebook (Dell Precision m4400) recently died, and I'm looking at getting a new one. I have a vga and displayport output, and would like to see what my options are for monitors with displayport input (finding vga in is easy).
I'm looking at something that is 1920x___ (1200 or 1080), preferably less than 24" if possible because of space constraints. I also plan to eventually transfer the monitor into a desktop build that I plan to do either in the winter or the summer. What are the most inexpensive, yet reliable/decent options (besides just using vga)?
