Increasing screen saver time for one computer with group policy

I currently have a group policy which has the screen save come on if the computer has been inactive for 15 minutes. I have one person who needs it for 30 minutes. How would I got about changing the policy for just one person while leaving everyone else alone?

Creating a sub group container in AD, dropping them in it with a specifically different policy for that.

Tell them NO is the best way. GPO's aren't meant for single users. What we do for special cases like that is to pull them out of that container and drop them in the computer OU which doesn't have any policies. But then again our policies are useless here, maybe yours serve a better purpose.

Only way to do it would be to create a new childOU that has a new gpo with the adjusted setting. That way you get all the settings of the parent but the settings set in the child OU take precedence over the parent. Similarly, setting the local GPO will not work due to this very same reason.
