• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Increasing Partition Size

Partition (M|Tr)agic. Back up first if it's important - and if it's not important, delete and recreate.

Get the latest version of Knoppix and use the built in volume tools.

See here for more details:
http://mlf.linux.rulez.org/mlf/ezaz/ntfsresize.html

I ran through this process this weekend myself, after adding another disk to my Raid5 array and then increasing the partition size to match the additional space.

Worked like a charm.

Not sure about Knoppix, but Partion Magic normally doesn't support Server OS's, most of the products out there don't unless you get the ussually more expensive enterprise class version.

I've used Boot-IT NG many times even on Server OS's, I used it on Win2k3 last and it worked like a charm.

Check it out, if you like it just click the download link

They also have a great list of freeware utilities here
