Increase sampling rate for your mouse!!!

This sampling rate tweak for some USB mice is not for the faint of heart, so do so at your own risk. However, if it does work you can come close to doubling the sampling rate for your mouse.

Increase USB port sample rate to 250hz or 500hz
boost precision and improve mice accuracy

Windows XP SP2 - English version ONLY!

Support:
Logitech MX series
Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3
Razer Viper series

Instructions:
1. Restart your computer and login to Safe Mode
2. Run the utility in SAFE MODE and follow the instructions (duh!)
3. Reboot

Note:
Use at your own risk! It may damage your motherboard or USB devices!!!

i just got done trying this...i couldnt get it to work at 250hz and it still reads 125hz when i'm at 500hz. i'm thinking its because i'm using the mx700.

if anyone else tries this let me know..
