Increase maximum clock speed in RivaTuner?

How would I go about doing this?
The minimum is 200mhz, stock 400mhz, maximum 600mhz.
At 600mhz I've got a maximum temperature of about 55deg C, no artifacting, and would like to overclock higher.
Help appreciated :)
 
I believe you could flash your bios so that it thinks stock is 600mhz then in rivatuner 600mhz would be around the middle of the slider bar.
 
I tried to flash the bios before, but it didn't work. I've got a Dell Latitude D830 with an nVidia Quadro NVS 140M
 
In riva tuner power user settings i swear there is a way to change the min, stock and max frequencies. Google is your friend, see what you can find on it.
