Increase fan speeds

Ditch (cut off) the LED's or increase the voltage. Look up Ohm's Law as it is quite self explanatory...E=IR; I=E/R; R=E/I; Where E is voltage, I is current, and R is resistance. Basic electrical theory you should have got (or will get) in high school.
 
by remove, do u mean temporarily or do u mean permanently?
if u wanna go temporary, then u can buy urself a fan rheobus that can turn OFF the fans (sunbeam works great for this) and put the fans on really really low so that they will dim for ur sleeping needs
