I have an PCP&C 510 Turbo Cool Deluxe psu. The rails are all extremely stable and is right on. However, I have reached the ceiling in my memory but not quite in my cpu. I've tried dividers but always end up with too low of a memory speed. My idea is to adjust the 3.3V rail to a little bit higher. Other than the memory, what else will it affect. The psu has 2 holes for adjusting rails on the bottom of it. Which one is it, and will adjusting it also raised the other rails?

Unless you've modded your board to run the memory directly from the 3.3V line, then adjusting the 3.3's voltage will do nothing for the memory.

Almost all of the chip on the motherboard get their power from the 3.3V lines. A very few directly, most thought step down regulators.
