In this tough economy..

I got an inflation-tracking 4% , though I'm technically speaking employed as a research assistant, not a programmer.
(Middling pay, but it's an excellent job.)
 
pay raise freeze for everyone at my job last year, especially sucks for me since i'm frooze at entry level pay

however I'm still grateful just to have a job
 
I got 12% in November. 6% that I was supposed to get the year before and 6% for the year.
 
It's been 3 annual reviews without a raise. I do like my job and all Managers are in the same boat. The company is struggling.
 
got 5% COLA last year.. not so sure about this year. Not complaining at all though, I love my job.
 
7.5% for me... well sort of. I got a raise very late last year, because I had been over-due for one (I think it was October or November), and then I got an additional raise last week, to total 7.5% more overall, compared to almost all of 09. If I just counted what I got for the start of the new year it's 3.5%.
 
3.5% COLA last year, few bonuses this year. Still waiting to hear on COLA and raise this year.
