in theory, ok, but in practice?

will a cpu require the same volts no matter what the multiplier/fsb mix.
ill get at what i mean,
say you got mem at 1:1 ratio, for good perf, could you do this:
rather than a 500mhz (example) fsb with 10x multi
run at 1000mhz 5x multi?
maybe not to so much of a extreme, but you get what i mean?
