In need of a very small(yet powerful and cheap) power supply

I'm working on a mod that calls for a very small power supply. I'm not going to have all that much on it, just a motherboard/cpu, Ati 9500 Pro, one 80GB SATA hard drive, CD-ROM, and about 5 or 6 fans. Think 200W can carry this load?

200w will handle that setup fine as long as its a descent quality PSU.

Which dimensions need to be small? Height? Depth? All of the above? You can get some pretty powerful power supplies despite the space limitations, but it's up to your budget and willingness to modify. Perhaps you could supply more information for a more personalized response.
