In desperate need of Norton System works or Go Back

If anyone has a copy of Norton system works or Go Back and would be willing to send it to me it would help me out so much. One of my friends runs a college radio station in Western NY and there computer that they create there play lists on died today. And when i tried to get the data off it it comes up as a unknown partition and they think they had go back on the machine so I am hoping that's why windows can't see it but they don't have a copy of go back so I have no way of check this. Also they don't have a backup of there database so I can't just re-install and restore. So if someone can help me out that would be awesome otherwise my friend will be spending the next 5 days re-inputing info on 5000 songs and yes that means even Christmas. So please if anyone has the program or a work around let me know asap. Thanks

if you cannot find the software you need - try out testdisk. it is free and i have used it successfully to recover partitions that windows no longer sees. it is not hard to figure out.
