My computer is in my sig, however I am looking to put better airflow going through my LianLi after I saw my CPU temp drop 5-7C and GPU drop 3C after I just removed my sidepanel. What would be the cheapest, quietest, and more effective way to improve airflow in my case so I can keep my sidepanel on, and still have these temps?

If you want really good advice you need to post a good picture of your rig so we can estimate problems and what we would do to solve them. One thing many people do is cut blowholes - like one on the top of your case to expel hot air that collects on the ceiling of your case or one on the side panel to blow fresh air straight onto your GPU or CPU.

Are there fans populating all four of the fan holes? Two in the front bottom, one in the top, one in the rear. If not, put fans in those spaces.

If so, then you're going to have to either get fans that move more air, or start cutting your case. It doesn't look like that case could have a 120mm fan in the front or back, but you could install one (or more) on the top or left side.

Also, you could get something like this:

You install it under your video card, and it sucks the hot air out of that and blows it out the back of your case (needs a spare PCI slot or two in order to install it though).
