Improved Vista64 performace

The first link should already be on your machine assuming you do updates.

The second link is a BETA for netframwork 3.5 The down load is 130 megs plus a very long install time. While it caused no problems it didn't make a difference in folding time either.

Both updates are 64 bit only. Good idea, no gain for me at least.
