Excuse my ignorance, but I'm more of a hardware guy.....
I am trying to import table data into Excel from what I believe is a data base. The web page is .asp and I can't get the exact url (if there even is one.?)
We used to be able to cut and paste this data, but there have been some updates to the vendors website and that no longer works. I have tried the 'Get External Data' command in Excel and haven't had any luck, either with the Web Query or the Import Text options.
When I cut and paste it into notepad, it doesn't separate the fields correctly, and thus won't import properly either.
Is there something right in front of me that I am missing, or is this as difficult as it is looking to be?
I have a copy of the page code if someone needs it, so let me know.
