importing settings from another computer

does anyone know how to import settings from another computer? i am on windows 2000. i would like to import settings (saved forms, passwords) from ie 6.0, and firefox.

if you browse to the c: drive and goto the documents and settings folder and find the user's folder in there and just copy it and it should transfer most of your settings over

But remember to select 'show all files' before you cut and paste, under tools > folder options, or else you'll miss some ntuser.dat stuff
