Ok...

I have the opportunity to sell my 2 WD Raptors (in raid 0)....

If I do....

I can buy SCSI for myself...

I dont want to know if i will notice a dfference... but I do want to know if I am going to loose performane...

I am gonna get (1) 18GB 15K rpm Seagate Cheeta HDD... and an Adaptec Ultra320 Controller card.... will I loose performance because i am bottlenecked with the PCI bus?

I think you're on the same bus either way. The raid card should manage the syncing of the raid itself, the transfer to/from the bus should be only what the OS needs. I think you'll be fine.
