well i play CS avidly, and with the release of CSS i want to get something that will run it the best. I already have an order on a 6800GT on order and shoudl ship the 23rd.

but my 9600XT runs the game with about..... 50-70 FPS.

so right now what im trying to figure out.. is it worth the purchase?

There is no question the GT will provide you with a better experience but if you are happy with your current play settings then keep the 9600. I am curious how much multiplayer will effect the fps and if it does in fact have a big impact then you might wish you had the GT. I know, I am not helping. :)
