I'm so miffed...

Here it is, 2 days before Doom 3 is released. I've been gearing up. Pre-ordered my copy. Tweaked my system. Defragged, etc...

So, I'm sitting there playing a game passing the time. All of a sudden my screen goes black. The game is still running because I can hear it. After a minute I reset the PC. My video card (Tyan Tacheon G-9800 Pro-M) then starts beeping loudly. Nothing have done has fixed it.

What's worse, is I've already RMA'd one to NewEgg for the exact same reason. This card isn't overclocked. It's was being used 100% the manufacturer intended.

I'm so pissed. Why did it have to die 2 days before Doom 3? On top of that, this is the second time I've had one of these cards die on me. Maybe NewEgg will give me a credit for something else, cause this thing is a POS...

Yeah I feel your pain. But I was never going to be one othose to be up to date in hardware before the major release of a game like doom3.
