Well, I've decided to start folding for a good cause. Unfortunately, I can't do it on my computer at home because it's so slow now for some reason. But I think I might be able to get my school to agree to set it up on some lab computers since it's for a good cause and can be set up as an idle and low priority process. But I don't know which one I should choose or which one would be more creditable, Folding@Home (Stanford) or United Devices (???). I like the United Devices client better but that has nothing to do with it. I'm gone gather some information about which ever one I choose and present it to the headmaster.

So, which would you choose? Or which one do you currently run?

Well, while it is on idle priority, it uses 100% CPU usage. Anyways, good job and fold on.

Schools are hard to convince, one of our members is trying to borg BU computers.

I'm not sure what the status is because there hasn't been an update in a while (I used to browse the forums as a guest until I had enough and needed to reply :)). Anyways good luck on it.

About which client you want, I would say Folding@Home. It's acredited to a university, Stanford so that would be more credited I guess. However, that aside, either one is good.
 
My school isn't some big school so it might not be that hard to convince. They can't care too much about the network because the IT guy set up a domain with our usernames and all that, we got new computers this year, and we all run under the admin on the computers.
