im confused.. beeping from ctrl+ alt?

ok well im not on my regular machine, since its broke ATM, and on this emachine... everytime i hold down ctrl+alt the case speaker beeps.. i cant hit crtl alt delete using those buttons (luckily keyboards have two sets of them) just wondering what is causing this.. :confused:
 
are you on a school computer or something that is locked down? If so, it is probably against the security policy for you to access those windows.
 
no im on my moms emachine since my comp is messed up... if it is restricted, hwo come if i hit the other alt and ctrl buttons nothing happens??
