Newexperiment came out of nowhere.

Kinda slowed down with the WCG race, and switching out two of my systems, but im bring some reserves online tonight that should slow you down :)

Yep, all 3 of you are going to be trampling my mangled body by mid-February along with Col. Kurtz[H]. January is going to be a rough month for me.

Edit: If T4rd does any more ramping he will join the club as well

Yes, I agree. In just a few weeks we have increased the minimum PPD of the Top 20 from the high 30's to the mid-40s. I could just imagine what it will be in a few months. :cool:
 
bigadv really raises the bar for the top-end folders. Currently there can't be more than a few hundred or maybe 1000 donors contributing bigadv units. Anyone that is doing those most likely is already an established folder so they will have other production on top of the 25k + you get from bigadv with bonuses.

haha...I was having some problems for a while there with my overclock...finally got it 100% stable by boosting the QPI voltage quite a bit...now I'm getting 31-34 minute frame times depending on if I'm using my pc or not :)

Fold on!

Im so mad right now, i sold my i7 setup to K and bought a dual nehalem setup only to find out that i cant use more than 8 cores. :(
so now mine is slower than a 920@ stock.

Until SMP2 that is

-bigadv coming for me the first week of Jan., then I will be mowing over a few people unless they get their acts together as well. :D

What will SMP2 bring to the table that will change things? You can still run -bigadv in a native installation unless you want to use that rig as a primary system for everything else.
 
I'd be happy just to be in the top 100. Lots of quality producers there.
 
I got my first i7 today.
Upped the BCLK from 133 to 200 and it boots into Linux off a DVD at 4Ghz.
I've now got install Windoze XP64 and find out if its stable at that speed.

If it is then I'll get another 4 rigs like this.
I'm aimimg for +200k PpD from ~3.5kWh.
If it work I should be running at close to 60 PpDpWatt.

Pity I run out of people to mow in a few weeks .......... :p

Wow, that's some insane PPD. I don't think I could ever get over 200K, without spending some serious money that I don't have.

Well Tiger if you want a challenge, go after mutsu. You only need another 100 mil, you making about the same ppd rite now. So any extra that you add will let you catch up ;)

don't stop ramping now Tiger, even if you cant mow people on our team, you still are a huge asset to 33

Just curious, what all are you running now to get your PPD values
 
WOW!!!

Everyone seems to be ramping up. I am about to get mowed by Ax who I passed up a few months ago. As much as I want to ramp up, the funds just aren't there for me to do so. Maybe next year will be a little better fiscally and I'll be able to get another box up and running.

2x bigadv SMP+ 5x standard SMP + 17x GPU's.
2x ~22k + 5x ~5k +17x ~5.5k = ~162k.

Hopeing for ..........
6x ~25x +17x ~5.5k = ~240k.
I may get more than I think.
But I'll just have to see what the i7's are stable at.

Well, Nitro and NE already mowed me, but I'll have the beer & tamales for both of us as the Col. and t4rd nail us both. I'm amazed I'm still on the front page seeing how many insane ramps there's been lately mowing my ass down...

Playing with the big boys and all that! :cool:
 
Hehe, nobody remembers the old Col. Kurtz[H]. He hasn't been on the charts for a few years.

lol, wait till i restart my i7 picking up bonuses on bigadv, its already setup for that but I'm trying to mod my case to take a stackable triple radiator so I can put my 5850 in the loop.
