ILL

Looks like a more graphic take on Resident Evil. The look and even the setting are straight out of RE. I'm down as long as there's some substance to the game other than gore.

The FOV seems really low, but that may just be to show off the detail in the enemies. I saw the trailer a week ago, gonna keep an eye on it, hopefully it turns out to be a decent game.

Probably means console first fov

What's been displayed is actually quite impressive. Arm was barely hanging on by the skin and the transformation looked incredible.

Subscribed to see where ILL goes.

One time I got a dollar bill back in change in Milwaukee said the words ILL on it. Animations put RE to shame maybe on par with The Evil Within.

Hopefully that newest video is a real representation of the game. If it is, that's a day 1 purchase for me. It looks like Condemned, Outlast, and RE rolled into one. The graphics are incredible, too.

I'm still 100% on board for this. It looks like the details are cranked a little more in that original footage, but the subsequent clips still look great. There's an abundance of motion blur, though. That's gotta go.

Even if the gameplay doesn't end up being good, i'll still buy it for the legit effort put into those creature/gore effects.

Video that just popped up for me:

It looks like some of this is the same footage from one of the videos above, with other parts being new? I would hope so, considering that this game has had another two years from the last post in this thread.

The part with the tentacles pulling the deer into the ground is messed up and like something straight out of The Thing. I would certainly welcome more stomach-churning horror like that.

It does look very good - I just wonder how the full game is shaping up because it looks pretty ambitious.

Steam page is up, though:

No wonder why development has been so slow on the DLC, they've been working on 3 other games. The Cube was also announced, which is a multiplayer RPG shooter based on the Atomic Heart series:

There is also ILL, a horror game which has a trailer up. Would have been nice if they prioritized the DLC for the seasons pass they've been selling for years

Yeah I wondered about that myself.

ILL is the debut project from Team Clout and the first title under the Mundfish Powerhouse initiative, a new development and investment branch from the Atomic Heart developer seeking to support and uplift up-and-coming studios with visionary games in the industry.
“Mundfish Powerhouse is proud to announce our partnership with Team Clout on their upcoming title, ILL. Powerhouse was created to empower daring, visionary developers by providing meaningful support where it matters most. We’re committed to backing artists with bold, transgressive, and uncompromising creative visions - and we believe ILL is a striking example of that spirit.”

I love the punch of the weapons, especially the shotty.

the physics and dismemberment look really impressive...

“The developers of ILL are seasoned horror experts who contributions can be seen in acclaimed films and series such as V/H/S/Beyond, Longlegs, IT: Welcome to Derry, Azrael, and various Sony Pictures horror projects,” a press release reads. “In ILL, they apply their film industry experience to create an immersive survival horror with a cinematic edge”

This looks better every time it shows up. Though I've always thought it to be a tech demo of sorts that would never be released.
