Is the Ikea Fredrik almost the same as the Ikea jerker?

The Jerker got cancelled and I always really wanted one. I just got an apartment only to find the jerker is gone. :(

Does anyone have pics of the Fredrik so I can compare it to the Jerker, the Ikea pics are terrible.

I know the Jerker wasn't that great of a desk, but I for some reason I liked the style.
 
i think Ikea desks are way overpriced. Officedepot FTW.

I like those glass desks but after further consideration decided I'd rather have a harder surface.
 
harder surface? lol alrighty.. its not like the glass would break Rofl.

i personally think Ikea has a lot of overpriced products.
 
I've never liked Glass Surfaces myself, hard to keep clean and gets smudge up quickly. You can break a glass surface, I've seen it happen. Drop something too hard on the desk and wham, there it goes.
When I buy my new desk in Janaury, I'm getting something nice a big that has a lot of room to work on. Trying to decide what type of surface to go with. It also depends on where I can go too.
By the way, I think the Fredrik replaced the Jerker.
