I have been able to get the processor up to 3.6GHz without any voltage increase. (The clock is set to 240, the memory ends up being 1279, the NB is 2400 and the HT bus is 2000.) Beyond that, I cannot seem to get it to run stable. (I have not tried much yet.)

It seems to me that even with 1.3875 volts at 260 for a 3.9GHz speed, stability still is not there. I am using an H50 and the temps have staid low but I am not sure if going above 1.4v or so would be helpful or even a good idea.

What do you guys think?
 
does your motherboard have the option to change the CPU-NB multiplier? if not then thats the reason you are hitting a wall.. other then that try throwing more voltage at it.. 3.6 to 3.9ghz is a huge bump and i really doubt 1.38v is anywhere close to what it needs..

max safe recommended voltage is 1.55v so have at it with the voltage changes you have a ton of headroom.
