If you buy a video card marked OEM

Does it include everything that would come with a retail box? Warranty? This is the X1950 CF im referring to specifically

Ususally it is just the item. Most of the time some limmited warranty from seller, but reg warranty from manuf. .

OEM's usually do not come with a warranty, if they do its normally 90-day rather than the typical retail warranty. It usually comes barebone, no box or drivers or cables, just the card itself.

so if i get this CF card, it wont come with crossfire cables and stuff required for it to work? how sure are you on the not having a warranty.. its a Sapphire OEM product

ok, most "oem" original equipment manufacturer parts are pointed at builders of computers - so it is assumed that they will have the drivers and any additional parts availablle to make the item work...
that being said, you need to ask the seller of the item. My "oem" 9600 video card came with a driver cd and tv out cord. It just depends on what the manufacturer of the part and the seller define "oem" as...
