IE not playing sounds?

For some reason I can't hear any sound in IE. When I listen to music in iTunes or a game or something it works fine, but in IE I'm not getting any sound. You guys have any idea? Thanks.

I have an idea, switch to Firefox. You won't regret it.

I'm not getting any sound in IE or in WMP. I get sound in other programs like games, itunes, etc. and I tried updating my divx codecs but I'm getting nothing with M$ programs. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

check your file associations?
and the "program" soundfiles in the control panel
