Hey guys, sorry for the indiscreet subject. There is a problem on my aunt's computer. What happens is on two websites, one for Spirit Airlines, and another for Financial Aid [www.fafsa.ed.gov], she can only get so far on those websites. On the Fafsa website, when you go to this link: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/FOTWWebApp/follow003.jsp and click next, it would take her to Page cannot be displayed or server not found. She's run Spybot and AdAware multiple times, as well as has run her updated Norton Anti-Virus. What else should we be looking for?
I'm not there right now but will be there later tonight to see what happens when I run CWShredder and HiJackThis. The funky thing is she can logon to another username on her computer and these links will work fine! I'm not familiar with anything that would be causing this...
