Idle temps shot up 12 degrees!!!

My idle temps shot up 2 days ago to about 12 degrees higher than they used to. around the same time, i noticed that my videos now artifact. Haven't tried any games, as i reckon it may be the graphics card, but i'm not sure.

i have a q6600 @ 3ghz, and an 8800gt on my water loop, and they used to all idle around 45-50, now they are between 55-65.

am i right, thinking its the graphics card, or could it be something else?

I'd be checking your Pump first then your water flow path to make sure it's working and are no blockages anywhere. Fans too and make sure nothing worked itself loose like a waterblock etc...
