Idk how it happened

i moved my pc about 2.5 feet lower than it was and my cpu temps droped like 7C. it was on my desk b4 now its on the ground and the core temps of my cpu are 24C and 21C according to speedfan and it says the cpu is 32C.b4 my core was 30C and 26C and the cpu was like 34C but droping the pc to the floor lowered my temps alot i never knew 2.5feet lower could make such a diff.

is there any difference in the distance of your case from the wall?

Probably better or more open air flow.

its alot closer to the wall now. the wall is about 2 inches to the left of the pc and the desk is like 2 inches to the right. b4 it was more open on the desk.

I think he means is the rear closer to/further from the wall...?
