iDEQ Nic Problem

Hey everyone, I need some help.

I currently am running a iDEQ SFF which uses the nForce3 250p Chipset. For some reason, the onboard nic isn't working properly for me. When I connect my DSL to it, it would detects IP and all, but it is slow. VERY slow. It seems like it is choking or something is preventing it from receiving info properly? I am not too sure.
It isn't my DSL because it works when I connect it to my PCI Nic. Any idea what's going on? I installed brand new drivers and everything.

ok i manually configured everything but still the same thing. Also I forgot to mention before that I can ping all websites. But I can't seem to display it in any browser (IE/Mozilla). When I use the command ping in command prompt, I do get response time. Just can't seem to get it to connect in browsers and on network :-/ any idea?

Please help :(
