Is your VGA Silencer The Arctic Cooling variety? I thought that would have helped case temps a lot by blowing air out the back. Maybe the case just needs more air getting in.
See how it runs with the side panels off. If that does the trick you could cut large square holes in the side pannels replace them with grills.
As for extra fans. Zalman's ZM-OP1 fan is very thin. You might be able to squeeze a couple of those in there.

I flipped the fans around so that they suck air in the back and thru the heatsink, then added an exhaust fan in the side (80mm Zalman thin fan) and it lowered my temps about 10 degrees. Just use some kind of filter over the grill in back to keep your case from filling up with wool.
