Can someone please tell me what case this is. The closest I could find was the PC-A07.

Exactly what I was thinking, but with the power button missing up top, no vents on top, and no feet. But it has the USB/audio up top under the little door and the plastic Lian Li power/reset button down low left, just like a Lian Li.
 
Not a 800D, that's for sure. The window might be home made so don't take that into consideration while searching.
 
It's got to be a modified Lian Li. Looking through the archives of Lian Li designs I can find a few that match other than the side panel.

Not likely to be a modified 800D because it share more common features (see my previous post) with Lian Li than it does the 800D.

It's a Lian Li, but rebranded. Just like the ABS cases.
Some were identical and some had minor modifications.
 
I would say that's a RocketFish as well. It looks like a PC-A71B lacking its front door and hinge brackets because someone removed them to suit their window mod. That case did not have external 3.5" bays, but the RocketFish did.
 
Since there is some debate to this. Here are some additional photos.

Although the case fans are obviously not stock and the MB tray has been modified. The interior matches the Rocketfish WorldExclusive found.
