Ok this things been gathering dust in the shop for a while, and I guess ill finally do something with it.
Im wondering if someone can Identify the manufacturer of it, as it has no markings or labels. I bought it for like 20 bucks from a surplus place, I think its size will provide me a good canvas to play with.

Sorry the pics are kinda blurry, took em with my phone (didnt feel like walking back in to get the digicam)

Thanks in advance :D

I really cant say what brand it is, maybe SUN or something like that, but one thing i know is that this case is Awesome!

Really good potential to be a watercooling case or something like that.

Show us what it looks like with a killing machine inside :p

that looks like one hell of a media server/router/web server/game server to me.

mod in a wireless access point, an extra switch with a lot of points, and 2 full systems and power supplies, one full size atx, and another mini-itx(for web/media server).

if there is room and you have the cash, of course. :)

By the i/o panel it's very old - one big keyboard hole, no mouse hole = 386/early486 system board (if IBM compatable), don't know the other sun/sparc stuff....

I had a K62 setup on an asus p5ab that was an AT form factor board, so the case might not be all that old. I just wish I could find out who made it, so I can see if there were other backplanes made for it. If not ill just make my own.

Hmm It looks like something that Supermicro put out in 1996 which they replaced it with the SC801-A server case.
