Ideas regarding 4P cooling

Now I know they're cool enough to begin with, but if they're anything like AMD consumer CPUs they'll OC better with lower temps. Now that OCing 4Ps more than 12.5% is a possibility I figured I'd share my thoughts for ACing these guys more effectively.
My idea is the NZXT Havik 140. It performs within 2C of the NHD14 and is a thin single tower cooler with a 140mm fan.
Is there any reason that these can't be used on 4Ps?

While about anything is possible with enough time and fabrication, my first concern with this cooler is that the fans are going to interfere with your memory in their stock position. You would need to relocate them higher up on the cooler, and I can't tell from the pictures if that is an easy task. My second concern is that with their heatpipe configuration, you would need to mount them similarly to the "muskymod" CM 212+ mounting. I can't tell what the standard mounting kit looks like, so I have no idea how much modification you would need to do to make it work. You may also run into clearance issues due to how wide these things have to be with their 6 heatpipes. Based on these observations, this would not be a HSF I would try to mount on a G34 board. YMMV of course, so if you have the time and skill to try it, go for it!
