hey

so i am going to be embarking on a pretty extreme venture once i have a job... i am going to make a fully custom case from the ground up. but i have run into a few problems.

1. 3.25 and 5.25 drive bay cages. i need to figure out how to make these, but they need to be a design like the Silverstone Raven. (hot-swappable and all that jazz.) i can get the connectors themselves from silverstone/newegg but the cage itself presents an issue.

2. Chassis. i have a general idea on how to build one, but any ideas/comments/techniques will help.

3. Best cutting tools for the metal and plexi.

4. homemade drive bay covers. lol i have no ideas here...

5. cable routing hole locations.

thanks for any help. and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
